My mom and I went to this absolutely charming, village tavern style restaurant THREE times while were in Rome for 5 days. THAT is how much we loved this place! Every time we came, the service was better and better. Serafino, that reminded me of my grandpa, served us twice and he was so sweet and kind. Then, the third night, Tomas and Simone were so courteous, despite it being a busy Saturday night with locals and tourists. We truly appreciated the amazing service. They gave us SO much complimentary prosecco and a lovely sardine salad. And the PASTA is AMAZING! You can tell when it's authentic and let me tell you....this did NOT disappoint. We got the bucatini twice and the rigatoni with pepper is better than the one with egg in my opinion, and I don't usually like black pepper, so that's saying a lot. The cost for the experience was absolutely nothing, compared to what you pay for mediocre food and poor service in the same area. A huge thank you to Grazia, Serafino, Tomas and Simone for your amazing service, food and making it feel like I went to my Nona's house for dinner! We will definitely be paying you a visit when we come back in the spring!

Food was so good!! Such an authentic place with great service - definitely recommend. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, 1 sea bass, 2 pastas, and 1 dessert. All for €85 which I think is reasonably priced when compared to the restaurants here. Not sure what the other “bad” reviews are talking about. One should definitely give this a try :)
